Camping in the River

Camping in the River was shot during our visit to a friends farm. Had a good time, playing volleyball in the soft river sand, resting in the late afternoon sun and having a "lekker braai" the evening.

For those not from Namibia most of our rivers consists mainly of sand and rock, with water (flash floods) only after a good rain storm.

These rivers criss-cross the whole of Namibia. Our rainy season only starts November and ends about March.
